I've spent a lot of time trying to find a forum like this, really needing to connect with others like myself, because I'm struggling. I've been blocking my abilities for a very long time, and now believe that's the root cause of the depression, panic attacks, and general feeling of being unwell that I've been dealing with for the past eight years. But having made that connection, I'm not sure how to proceed. I'll write more on my personal background and experiences a little later, and try to read more of yours.
