I've been searching about this astral projection thing and I found a very reliable source, it's Wikipedia. lol. "Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of traveling outside it.[1] Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in the astral plane.".

Question is, is this a rare form of psychic activity or can it be invoked at will if you have unique psychic ability?

Would love to hear from people who have experienced this in some way. Thanks!
