Can predictions be avoided? Empty Can predictions be avoided?

Psychic reading and tarot card experts are well known when it comes to giving predictions. Provided the readings are accurate, does it mean that predictions are unavoidable and bound to happen? I don;t believe so. I think they serve as warnings but we can change its course through our present actions.
